The Institute for National Intelligence Strategy is an independent Institute responsible for providing national & corporate Intelligence to various customers, including private, corporate and public organizations.

The iNIS is separated into eight basic components:

• the Information Collection,
• the Intelligence Analysis,
• the Clandestine Service,
• the Intelligence Auditing.
• the General Counsel.
• the Consulting.
• the Education. and
• the Training.

In addition, the Director of the Institute for National Intelligence Strategy (D/iNIS) has several staffs that deal with vision creation, mission innovation, legal issues, information management, and internal oversight.
